That’s absolutely fine. You don’t need any prior experience to start. Your programme is built around your current ability, and we progress at a pace that’s appropriate for you, with a strong focus on learning good technique, building confidence, and staying consistent. I am here to answer all your questions and will not set an exercise without explaining it first!


What makes your coaching different?

Your coaching is evidence-based, personalised, and built around balance. The focus is on sustainable progress, education, and long-term results — not extremes or one-size-fits-all plans.


How long do I need to commit?

Results come from consistency. While there’s no quick fix, most clients commit for several months to build momentum and lasting habits. I offer 6-, 8-, 10-, and 12-week programmes depending on your goals. If you have an event coming up, get in touch and we can adjust the timeline to suit you.


What’s involved in a check-in?

Each check-in is a chance to review how things are going and make sure your plan continues to suit you. We’ll look at your training progress, habits, recovery, nutrition and how you’re feeling overall. Based on this, your programme can be adjusted to keep you progressing while staying balanced and sustainable.
